SIERRA OAKS DENTAL
Sierra Oaks Dental is a Sacramento-based dental practice that wanted to elevate its marketing efforts and build a stronger, more engaging online presence. I manage and execute their full suite of B2B and B2C marketing, including strategic social media content, email and SMS campaigns, and branded print materials.
Working closely with the CEO, I ensure all marketing aligns with business goals while also briefing the internal team on campaign performance. I lead content creation—from photography to storytelling—that showcases the practice’s services, community presence, and welcoming culture.
One standout initiative I introduced was a weekly Patient Highlight Series on social media—featuring real stories, testimonials, and candid moments with our patients. This strategy was designed to humanize the practice, build trust, and foster authentic relationships with our community. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with increased engagement and patient referrals driven by genuine connection.
I also launched a weekly Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Photo Dump—a casual, lighthearted roundup of the team throughout the week. From shared laughs and office celebrations to everyday moments, these posts added warmth and personality to the brand, deepening our rapport with patients and reinforcing a sense of familiarity and friendliness across our platforms.
